Dear Parent/Carer,
We apologise that we have had to cancel this evening’s Year 7 Virtual Meet the Tutor event due to unforeseen technical issues.
The external website used to run our virtual parents’ evening appointments is currently experiencing disruption due to a widespread PHP-related issue affecting websites worldwide. Unfortunately, this means the platform is unavailable for us to deliver the event.
We would like to reassure you that this issue is with the external website provider and is not related to the school’s own systems. The situation is beyond our control, and we apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.
There will be an opportunity for you to book a five-minute virtual slot to meet your child’s tutor on Thursday 12th November between 3.30pm and 6.30pm. A link to this new event will be sent out once the virtual parents’ evening platform is available. You will need to book a new slot should you wish to attend this event.
Kind regards,
Richard Lander School
