In-School Yellow Fever Vaccinations
Please find all information and paperwork for the upcoming in-school Yellow Fever vaccinations below:
Please read the important information below regarding Yellow Fever vaccinations, as we will be offering an in-school vaccination session for students on the trip on March 23rd. This will cost £66.30 unless your child is funded by Turing, in which case it will be free of charge. This amount has been added to your child’s Parent Pay account.
Yellow Fever Vaccination – Essential Information
All students travelling on the Lander4Uganda 2026 trip must have a Yellow Fever vaccination.
- Other travel vaccinations are optional, and parents/carers should consult their own GP surgery or a travel clinic regarding these.
- The in-school Yellow Fever vaccinations will be carried out by nurses from St Agnes Surgery, on March 23rd.

Before consenting, we ask that parents and carers read the NHS guidance on the Yellow Fever vaccination:

To be able to vaccinate students, the nurses from St Agnes Surgery require three pieces of signed paperwork. We will need paper copies of all forms which were given out at the meeting or are available from Mrs Barnes in Main Reception.
- NHS Temporary Patient Form (carbon paper, can’t be printed at home. Students can collect this from Mrs Barnes in Main Reception)
- Yellow Fever Checklist
- This must be signed by both parent/carer and student
- Please leave Q2: “Are you feeling unwell today?” blank, as students will complete this on the day of vaccination
- St Agnes Surgery Consent Form
